Samar is a television star until his ex, Gayatri, accuses him of rape after he cuts off contact, and everything he has built begins coming apart — his new relationship with Khushi, his career, his standing, his freedom. What follows is a hard-edged drama about accusation, celebrity and a justice system whose corruption complicates every claim to the truth. The material is uncomfortable by design, and the film seems far less interested in comfort than in the machinery that grinds once a story goes public.
