The framing is the whole argument: heroism as a shift nobody clocked out of. Expect close quarters, long corridors, and tension assembled out of ordinary competence performed under unimaginable pressure.
It suits viewers who want historical drama grounded and human-scaled rather than triumphal, and who can sit with a subject this raw. The pacing works in sustained, claustrophobic stretches, trading spectacle for the accumulating weight of decisions made in the dark. Anyone drawn to survival stories about working people, or curious about that night from an angle the headlines skipped, will find the two hours well spent. Sober, difficult and quietly moving, and best watched when you have the attention to give it.
