From there the film settles into cheerful chaos: mix-ups, mishaps, and the running joke of a man improvising his way toward being a decent parent. Bright, sunny and unapologetically broad, it wants the whole household on the sofa.
Ideal for family movie night, especially with a mixed-age crowd who need the jokes moving fast enough that nobody drifts off. Expect a light touch, a warm streak of second chances running under the slapstick, and scenery doing plenty of work. Anyone after edge or surprise should look elsewhere, but if you want an hour and a half of easy laughs and a reconciliation you can see coming and still enjoy, this is a good-natured choice.
