Synopsis

Ninety-four minutes of slow, clammy build, more interested in unease than in incident. Expect a hostile setting, a suffocating domestic relationship, and folkloric menace that stays half-glimpsed rather than explained. If you enjoy quiet, muddy, genuinely unsettling horror rather than the loud kind, this is worth the candlelight.
