Synopsis
A misfit group of unwitting high school students stumble upon a cursed object, an ancient Aztec Death Whistle. They discover that blowing the whistle and the terrifying sound it emits will summon their future deaths to hunt them down.

The concept is neat and nasty, handing the film both a curse and a clock, and the setup promises a hunt where the monster is uncomfortably personal. The register is mainstream teen horror, brisk and unfussy about it.
Made for viewers who want a straightforward supernatural scare with a mythological wrapper — the crowd that shows up to a cursed-object movie knowing exactly what it wants. Expect swift pacing across a lean runtime, escalating set pieces, and a sound-driven gimmick the film uses well. Genre veterans will read the beats early, but that rarely spoils the fun. A solid Friday-night pick when the goal is jump scares and shared screaming.
